Oakura Bay Villa in Waiheke Island really is a beautiful place for a wedding. Nadia & Sam's day started with pouring rain, that turned into slight drizzle. Nadia made the call to have the ceremony outside, rain or shine - which I was stoked about as the location for it was really awesome. Positive thoughts worked and the rain disappeared, and I was even more stoked to be fed cherries and coffee all morning

Right from the start their day was filled with crazy belly laughs and fun banter. In fact, if there was ever a wedding where I laughed so hard that my face and cheeks hurt, this was it. Good times after good times, with a really fun bridal party session. Tonnes of emotion from family and friends, with overdoses of rescue drops along the way. Nadia & Sam are hands down one of the most chilled and funniest couples I have met

Rochelle + Ethan, The Red Barn // Tirau, Waikato Wedding Photographer

Rochelle and Ethan got married on a hot Waikato day at The Red Barn. Rochelle is a hairdresser and owns her own salon in Brisbane. Ethan is a mad dog car lover (actually, they both are as you'll see from the burnout pics below). Ethan thought they were going to Thailand for their honeymoon until he got a card from Rochelle with a surprise honeymoon itinerary to Bora Bora instead. These guys made up the tastiest sweet table ever, and had a surprise visit from Mr Whippy too. We enjoyed one epic sunset with mega light, and a crazy cool break out of the chicken dance during their first dance made for some great laughs. All in all, one brilliant and fun wedding to capture!

Karen and Tim's wedding was nothing short of fun and good times. Over to Hagley Park and the Christchurch Botanical Gardens for the photo session and we got some sweet light,  topped off with a sweet sunset! These two cats were as cool as a couple of cucumbers when they said I do at The George Hotel in Christchurch

The bridal party were on top form at this wedding and we got treated to some awesome light at the Christchurch Botanical Gardens, good times on a beautiful Canterbury Autumn day
