INFORMATION + IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS

Hey guys, this page will provide you with some relevant helpful information on your photographs, along with info and options for Albums, Prints, Canvasses and Frames etc at the bottom of the page.

Before we continue, I have an important request:

Please do not screenshot your images and then post them on social media. This reduces the quality considerably and the images end up looking low in quality and resolution (due to most of social media’s low res conversion process during upload). So it is recommended to download your images from your gallery, and then post those downloaded files, instead of posting a low res screenshot.

DOWNLOADING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS

All of your photos have been uploaded to a private gallery on my online workspace, where you can view, download your photos and order frames/canvasses/prints if you want to (using your provided link and password). You can download single photos, and/or the entire set in one download. If you wish to download the entire gallery, you can do so by clicking the down arrow button at the top of each gallery.

You will need to provide your email address and then your images will be emailed to you. Because the images are high res and large in size, the files are ‘zipped’ into compressed folders. Depending on the size of your gallery, there may be more than one link/downloadable file. Please ensure that you click all the download links/download all the zip files.

Please note - we recommend that you don't download entire full galleries to mobile devices or tablets, because the files are full resolution and quite large in size, and there may not be enough space on your mobile device.

BACKING UP & STORING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS

While this gallery will no doubt be available to you for some time ahead, and I also keep a backup of all photos that I create, I won't be a photographer forever, and so my suggestion is that you download your own copy of your photos and keep them safe, along with making another backup copy somewhere else. An online storage account such as Dropbox, Google Drive (or similar) is suggested.

PRINTING YOUR OWN PHOTOGRAPHS

One thing I always suggest to my couples is to Show & Print Your Photos!

Which leads me to the next point and probably the most important one:

You spent all that money on having these photos created. It makes sense to print the ones you love and hang them on your walls. It doesn't matter where you choose to print them (whether it's through me or anybody else) but what matters is that you do print them and look at them.

Of course you are welcome to print your photographs wherever you want to. But it’s important to know that once the final photographs leave my hands, I have no control over the quality and outcome of the final product from where you choose to have them printed.

The photos from my professional print lab may not be the cheapest, but the quality is archival and of the highest grade. I offer standard prints, canvasses, frames and matted prints. I have had so many people print their photographs at other outlets to try and save money, but they often end up coming back to me unhappy with the product they received from the other outlet, due to pink or orange skin tones or horrible quality. Or, their products have faded after 6 months. My products might be slightly more expensive but you know they will last and that the quality will be high.
